BioPhase Solutions specializes in recruiting top talented professionals for Southern California's Scientific community. We are currently looking for a Data Entry Clerk (temp) to work for a leading Los Angeles area biotech company.

$28-32 / hour depending on experience

On-site, Monday - Friday within standard business hours (8am-5pm)

Flexibility is available with manager approval (possible hybrid / remote options after first month)

4-6+ months contract

Summary :

The position will support our Legal department. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining contract-related data in our contracts repository system.

Responsibilities :

  • Upload agreements, and enter, verify, and update information about executed contracts into the contracts repository system with high degree of accuracy and speed
  • Maintain and update contracts tracking spreadsheets
  • Maintain electronic and paper files
  • Verify data against source documents to ensure completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting any errors, missing information and / or inconsistencies
  • Perform routine and specialized administrative duties for Legal and Contract Operations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential contract information with discretion and in accordance with company policies.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Handle additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications / Experience :

  • High School Diploma, with a minimum of 2+ (including but not limited to internships and / or coursework) years of relevant experience required, Or
  • Associate’s degree, with a minimum of 1+ (including but not limited to internships and / or coursework) years of relevant experience required
  • Experience and proficiency working with data and databases is preferred

    • Experience entering contract-related data into a contract repository system
