Job Description

Nurse Practitioner – Correctional facility

cTrace Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Columbus, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and does not require weekend or holiday shifts!

Location: Columbus, OH

Compensation: $82 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ( 40 hours a week)

Contract length: 6 months (High likelihood of extension)

Key responsibilities:

Deliver routine and urgent medical care
Conduct examinations and manage acute and chronic conditions
Diagnose, treat, and prescribe within the scope of practice
Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
Administer vaccines and perform minor procedures
Coordinate referrals and document care according to the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction standards
Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and care team

Requirements

Active Ohio NP license - REQUIRED
ANCC certification - REQUIRED
DEA registration - REQUIRED
CPR/BLS certification - REQUIRED
1+ year NP experience in primary care - REQUIRED

Note: Benefits eligibility requires a minimum of 30 hours worked per week. Assignments under 30 hours per week are not benefit-eligible.
