Wilson, NC 45 miles east of Raleigh 2 hours from the coast of NC 1 hour from major universities such as Duke, NC State, UNC Chapel Hill, and East Carolina University 15 min drive to Lake Wilson from facility  Home to the historic Fleming Stadium  Meditech experience preferred
