Responsibilities:
  • Filing, records management, and data entry
  • Taking on tasks within various projects as needed
  • Accurately post financial transactions and fees
  • Respond to inquiries from brokers, investment managers, and clients, and escalate issues as required
  • Complete various scheduled activities, such as reviewing and actioning various periodic reports, periodic reconciliations and corrections, and periodic pricing and income distributions
  • Complete all work within established timeframes, service level agreements, and operational policies
  • Treat all stakeholders with professionalism, dignity, and respect and support an environment where people can contribute and excel
  • Accept responsibility and accountability for actions and results
  • Administer the processing of any transactions that support company clients and operations processes
  • Activities including/related to securities, payments, transfers, pension administration, investor mortgages, or corporate trusts
  • Provide direct support to the customers of Trust Services, to enable them to deliver a ‘best in class’ customer experience
  • This position is accountable to Service Level Agreements which include the measurement of volumes, turnaround time, and branch service survey/feedback results
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Business/Finance is an asset
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is an asset
  • Previous administrative experience is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft word and excel proficiency
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
