We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to help us create the world's most advanced solutions in precision guided munitions and missiles. We develop and incorporate algorithms along with real-time state machines to help our customers achieve their mission. Our software implementations transform GPS, radar, and infrared signals to enable weapons to precisely find their target and keep our warfighters safe as they execute their missions. This role will be responsible for integrating test hardware and software during development and support for production test equipment. As a Senior Software Engineer for PGSS team within the Precision Striking & Sensing Solutions (PS) Business area, responsibilities of the job will include but not be limited to :

• Develop software for product test applications
• Focus on continuous improvement opportunities for the test processes

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and / or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $95106 - $161680 Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
