Century Group is partnering with our client looking for a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and verifying customer and account information to ensure data integrity and consistency. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and accuracy of our data systems, supporting seamless operations, and enhancing customer service initiatives. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $25 to $30 per hour.
Responsibilities :
- Review existing account records for accuracy, update outdated information, and resolve inconsistencies.
- Accurately and efficiently input customer and account information into relevant databases and systems.
- Conduct thorough checks on new and existing accounts to confirm the validity of information as required in daily workflow.
- Maintain a high standard of data accuracy.
- Implement improvements in data management processes as needed.
Qualifications :
