Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding, support, and retention of new members
Facilitate community engagement through content moderation and member organization
Coordinate sponsored cohorts and collaborate with internal teams for aligned messaging
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with nonprofit communities or membership programs
Comfort with digital community platforms and workflow tools
Familiarity with digital transformation and nonprofit capacity building
Ability to balance process management with human-centered engagement
