Job Title

  • Contribute to advancing the company's analytics vision during a critical phase of transformation, working alongside other Data & Analytics teams to embed data into the core of strategic decision-making.
  • Assemble a high-performing, multicultural analytics team from scratch, aligning structure and skills with evolving business needs.
  • Define and implement scalable processes, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent and high-impact analytics delivery.
  • Collaborate directly with C-Level stakeholders to define KPIs, shape strategy, and deliver insights that influence top-level decisions.
  • Lead time-sensitive projects with precision, ensuring insights are both fast and business-relevant.
  • Convert complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Provide strategic and technical guidance to data scientists and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Use data to identify opportunities, solve problems, and accelerate growth across business units.
  • Lead AI / ML model development and deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and MLOps best practices.
  • Work closely with IT, engineering, and business teams to optimize data infrastructure and analytics capabilities.
  • Present complex analytics findings in a compelling and accessible way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
