This is a HUD, Section 8, and Tax Credit property. Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, knowledge and skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Must have a valid driver license and clean driving record. After hours on call. Salary range : $28.00 - $45.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $28.00 - $36.50 per hour, DOE.
