Overview : The purpose of this job is to prepare the associate for placement in future professional and management roles throughout the Enterprise Performance Management department and to provide the associate with a knowledge and understanding of the department, services, and products of Trustmark as they relate both internally and externally. Full-time position located in Jackson, MS. Must commit to a June 1, 2026 start date.

Responsibilities :

• Complete assigned rotations, such as Business Intelligence, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and special projects and interact with multiple levels of employees and customers
• Attend designated classes / training
• Community Involvement
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions : Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and / or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
