About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Orthopedic Surgery PA in Colorado!

We are seeking experienced Locum Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to support an Orthopedics team at a Level I Trauma inpatient setting starting February 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment with a collaborative orthopedic team.

🗓 Coverage Dates

• Feb 9–13, 2026

• Feb 16–20, 2026

• Feb 23–27, 2026

• Mar 9–13, 2026

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🏥 Practice Setting

• Inpatient Orthopedics – Level I Trauma

• Adult and Geriatric patient population

• EMR: Epic

• Approximately 300-bed facility

👩‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities

• Orthopedic consults and rounding

• History & Physicals (H&P)

• First assist as needed (not guaranteed)

• General support of orthopedic surgeons on call

✅ Candidate Requirements

• AANP/ANCC (NP) or NCCPA (PA) certification

• Active Colorado license or Compact RN license

• Active DEA (or eligibility to obtain)

• Active BLS (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)

• Experience in orthopedics or trauma preferred

• First assist experience highly preferred

• Willingness to complete EMR training requirements

• Non-local candidates preferred

• Ability to work in a high-volume clinical environment

• Clean background and credentialing history
