Front Desk Operator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys working with children and families and thrives in a fast-paced dental environment.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in shaping the SmileWorks experience. We are looking for someone with strong operational awareness, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in a dental, orthodontic, or pediatric practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for patients and families
- Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Support efficient front-office operations to meet performance goals
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Accurately implement and follow office policies, procedures, and directives
- Assist in maintaining a smooth, organized, and patient-centered office flow
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced dental office (preferred)
- Experience in group dental, orthodontic, or pediatric practices preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans and verification processes
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday through Friday
