Key Responsibilities
Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
Act as the primary contact for clients to resolve ongoing questions and issues
Coordinate client meetings and assist with the execution of communication plans
Required Qualifications
College degree or applicable experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently
Willingness to learn about Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) processes
