Responsibilities include : / pulliRoutine project / program tasks based on established policies, procedures, and guidelines / liliSetting priorities; assigning tasks / projects; providing technical assistance to subordinate employees; monitoring and evaluating performance of subordinate contract employees / liliReviewing and providing acceptance of deliverables prior to submission to the Government client / liliProviding management of contractor performance in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness / liliCoordinating and developing program, administrative and technical talent through on-the-job and formal training / liliWorking and communicating with Government managers on programmatic issues / liliEnsuring Government client approval is obtained for contractor travel, overtime, and purchases, reviewing travel vouchers to ensure accuracy before submission to the Government Client / liliCoaching and developing contract employee capabilities; approving contractor leave; writing appraisals for contract employees under their supervision / liliSubmitting reports and other information requested by the Government / liliWorking with FRA and the Government managers to ensure contract employees are on-boarded and off-boarded successfully / liliEnsuring training forms have been submitted to the training team and approved by the Government client prior to allowing attendance in training courses; ensuring accurate submittals of training cost estimates before submission to the training team; ensuring project expenses are tracked / liliTaking or recommending corrective / disciplinary action for contractor employees, as appropriate / liliPreparing Task Order (TO) kick-off meeting reports and minutes / liliPreparing detailed project management plans / liliParticipating in Status Review Meetings and Program Management Reviews and produce minutes / li / ulpQualifications : / pulliMust be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance for consideration / liliBachelor of Science degree in an engineering or business discipline with experience in managing complex programs / lili10+ years experience executing the Program Management Process to include initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing a project / lili8+ years experience in managing teams providing advisory and assistance services / li / ulpJob ID : 2025-18940 / ppWork Type : On-Site / ppPay Range : $175,000-$215,000 / ppBenefits : Regular - The company offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) and a range of other voluntary benefits.
