Tax Services Senior Manager

Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

As part of the Global Information Reporting team you are expected to provide exceptional technical knowledge and specialization and industry insights, coupled with the One Firm knowledge that brings everything PwC offers to solve our clients' needs. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also expected to build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing large-scale projects to achieve successful outcomes
• Innovating and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintaining exceptional standards of operational excellence in every activity
• Interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success
• Building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open communication
• Motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems
• Serving as a strategic advisor, leveraging specialized knowledge and industry trends
• Providing strategic input into the firm's business strategies

What you must have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5 years of experience
• CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
