• Provide tours to new clients and educate on service pairings Assist clients over the phone and in person with questions about scheduling and memberships Ensure clients are completing waivers prior to running them through services Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees Use multiple web-based platforms to communicate with leads and clients for booking
