ACI GeoCivil Field Technician

Job Description

We have a customer in Salt Lake City UT who has an IMMEDIATE long-term temp-hire opening for a Geo / CivilField Technician. If you or any of your friends or colleagues are interested in this position click APPLY NOW.

In this role you will work as a Geo / Civil Field Technician driving to a variety of company construction sites in company vehicles to gather and test a variety of construction materials / samples including concrete soils asphalt aggregate etc. for lab testing in company office in Salt Lake City UT.

This is a contract to possible permanent position that islong-term 40 hour / week position with frequent overtime on Saturdays as needed.

Starting Pay for this position is in the $22.00-$32.00 / hr range.

Job Requirements :

• Previous experience or internships working as a Field Technician Geological or Civil Degree a plus
• ACI Certification or ICC Certifications highly preferred experience using a Nuclear Gauge for density testing is a plus
• Experience gathering and logging samples for testing
• Ideally experience with construction materials like concrete soils asphalt etc.
• Must have clean driving record you will be driving company vehicles
• Strong like and interest in Field Technician work
