What You’ll Do
Lead the design of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems on complex, high-impact projects.
Develop construction documents, specifications, and technical deliverables at the highest standard.
Manage construction administration: site visits, shop drawing review, change orders, and closeouts.
Coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies on requirements and permitting.
Build, mentor, and lead a mechanical engineering team that delivers excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
10–20 years of experience producing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection construction documents.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
Revit expertise.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Healthcare experience preferred (hospitals, clinics, ambulatory care).
