About the Position:
A well-respected law firm located in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our legal team. The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys and senior paralegals in the areas of corporate, transactional, and real estate law. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys and senior paralegals in corporate, transactional, and real estate matters

• Prepare and file entity formation documents and assist with all aspects of real estate and financial closings

• Draft transactional documents, closing checklists, resolutions, loan documents, and leasing agreements

• Organize and manage the preparation and distribution of closing binders

• Assist with land use and zoning matters

• Handle word processing of legal correspondence and documentation

• Perform document scanning, printing, transcription, and distribution

• Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems

• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

• Highly organized and dependable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and staff

• Professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word) and Outlook; experience with NetDocs is preferred

• Notary Public certification is preferred
