Your Role and What You'll Bring to Our Team We are looking for experienced, ethical, and passionate professionals ready to join us as Mortgage Loan Officers/Originators (MLOs). We seek individuals who:

• Possess the organizational skills to manage a successful pipeline and efficiently collect necessary documentation.

• Are driven to meet individual monthly sales goals, contributing to both your success and the team's mission.
• Are proactively looking to build and expand a professional network to self-generate business and secure their long-term future.

Qualifications We Value To ensure compliance and excellence, successful candidates will possess:

• An active, approved STATE NMLS license is a must.
• A detail-oriented approach coupled with demonstrated, thoughtful decision-making skills.
• The discipline to maintain all mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education.
• A solid, working understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
• Proficiency in utilizing technical systems and programs, such as Encompass.
• Current knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues relevant to the mortgage industry.
• The ability and passion to maintain and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.
• Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!)
