A partner hospital in Crawfordville, FL is seeking a dedicated full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their compassionate team. This clinic emphasizes a family-like atmosphere , where the team provides personalized, 1-on-1 care for each client. Located just a 25-minute drive from Tallahassee , this practice fosters a strong sense of community both within the clinic and beyond, with monthly outings and team-building events .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead with trust, respect , and a commitment to the clinic's mission of compassionate animal care
• Perform physical exams , diagnostic tests , and surgeries
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries in animals
• Prescribe medications and develop tailored treatment plans for each patient's needs
• Engage with clients to provide education and recommendations regarding their pets' health
• Manage a variety of patients and priorities efficiently, maintaining high standards of care
• Contribute to the development and mentorship of support staff through the clinic's LevelUp training program
