A company is looking for a Sales Compensation & Operations Consultant to enhance their sales data foundation and support compensation program development.
Key Responsibilities
Build documentation for compensation rules, crediting logic, and quotas
Map data flows for compensation, pipeline visibility, and partner activity
Develop Power BI dashboards for performance visibility and support ad hoc analysis
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, or a related field
Hands-on experience with compensation plans in an MRR-based environment
Understanding of the UCaaS / CCaaS partner ecosystem
Expertise in Salesforce, Excel, and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
Experience in structured environments requiring process improvement
