Loan Processor

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Processor, located in the Toledo, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Mortgage Loan Processor will oversee the daily review, verification, and processing of loan applications. Responsibilities include collaborating with loan officers and underwriters, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and effectively communicating with clients to gather necessary documentation. The role also involves verifying financial information, managing timelines, and ensuring the timely processing of mortgage loans while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending
• Proficiency in Loan Processing, including gathering, reviewing, and verifying loan documents
• Understanding of Underwriting policies and procedures, as well as regulatory compliance
• Experience working with Loans, including loan terms, interest rates, and payment structures
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines
• Proficiency in financial software; familiarity with mortgage-related systems and technology is an advantage
