Intake-Mail Representative

A company is looking for an Intake-Mail Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Sorts and reviews incoming correspondence to determine next steps for resolution

Distributes customer requests to appropriate internal business units for handling

Processes incoming and returned hard copy mail daily and performs other assigned duties

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

One (1) to three (3) years' administrative experience in a professional environment, preferably in financial services

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required

Knowledge of relevant industry-specific software packages preferred

Strong math skills for accuracy in processing requests
