A company is looking for a Member Service Representative - Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent member service via call center, assessing member needs and promoting appropriate products
Navigate multiple computer applications to assist members with account inquiries and transactions
Engage in training and teamwork to meet departmental and organizational goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or high school diploma / equivalent with 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
Knowledge of consumer lending or new account opening in a financial setting is preferred
Proficiency in PC applications, including Word and Excel
Ability to multitask and demonstrate good organizational skills
No supervisory experience required
