Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location : Farmington, CT Agency : Job.com Pay : $2,999 to $3,099 per week Shift Information : Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration : 13 Weeks Start Date : ASAP About the Position The Role & Required Expertise As a vital member of the surgical team, you will primarily function as the Circulating RN for complex procedures. This assignment requires deep specialized experience : Surgical Focus : Must have very strong skills in complex Neuro , Spine , and advanced Orthopedic surgeries. Robotics : Proficiency and recent experience with DaVinci Robotic Surgery is required. Team Player : Flexibility to scrub on cases when needed (though primary role is circulating). ⏰ Shift Details This position requires flexibility and commitment to a high-demand schedule : Shift : 10H Rotating Days (09 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 PM standard shift, but must be flexible for 7 : 00 AM, 9 : 30 AM, 11 : 00 AM, and 1 : 00 PM start times). Call / Overtime : Call is required for at least 1 weekend per month . Other Requirements : Must be available for weekends, call shifts, and holidays. No block scheduling is available. Requirements Requirements (Must-Haves) To be submitted for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria : Experience : Minimum 4-5 years of Operating Room RN experience (or combined equivalent experience). Skill Set : Strong, proven experience in circulating ortho, spine, and neuro surgeries. Licensure : Active Registered Nurse license in Connecticut or a compact state (pending CT license).
