Are you an experienced professional with 5+ years of State Farm insurance experience? Do you thrive in a leadership role and enjoy driving the success of a high-performing team? We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team and help ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Position Overview :

As an Office Manager in our State Farm agency, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, leading and developing team members, and working closely with the agent to drive office performance. Your experience with State Farm systems and processes will be essential in maintaining a seamless and productive environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage office operations and workflow to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members, promoting professional development
  • Oversee office policies, procedures, and compliance with State Farm standards
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff
  • Collaborate with the agent on business strategies and goals
  • Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

    • Requirements :

  • 5+ years of State Farm insurance experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
  • Experience with State Farm systems and procedures
  • Must live within the Seattle area
