Main Responsibilities of a Culinary Specialist :

  • Preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for meal preparation.
  • Cooking and beautifully arranging dishes for service.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Culinary Specialist to join our talented kitchen team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence in food preparation. We are looking for a passionate individual who is not only skilled and organized but also brings creativity to the table. You will be a vital team player, able to follow directions and collaborate to delight our customers with our diverse menu offerings.

As a Culinary Specialist, your role will include keeping the kitchen organized and clean while working efficiently with the rest of our staff. We pride ourselves in delivering exceptional service and outstanding dishes, so we are in search of someone who pays attention to every detail. A culinary school diploma is a plus!

Responsibilities Include :

  • Ensuring a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
  • Setting up cooking stations effectively.
  • Maintaining and preparing kitchen equipment.
  • Evaluating the quality of ingredients.
  • Utilizing various techniques to prepare cooking ingredients.
  • Employing diverse culinary techniques to cook meals.
  • Arranging and presenting food attractively.
  • Overseeing food storage, inventory, and ingredient ordering.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Previous experience as a cook or culinary specialist is required.
  • Expertise in operating kitchen equipment is essential.
  • Proficiency in various cooking methods is necessary.
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures is a must.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to multitask and work under pressure.
  • A high school diploma is a minimum requirement.

    • Work Schedule :

  • Availability on weekends is required.
  • Monday to Friday schedule.
  • 8-hour shifts.
