Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Registered Nurse to provide exceptional nursing care in a busy outpatient clinic. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering comprehensive health services, supporting patient education, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to promote optimal health outcomes. This position offers a stable, full-time schedule with competitive compensation and benefits.

Required Skills:

• Prior outpatient/clinic nursing experience within the last year (primary care, occupational health, ambulatory care, etc.)
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (minimum) from an accredited program recognized by ACEN or CCNE
• Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification (AHA or ARC)
• Ability to pass a government background check/security clearance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
• Knowledge of OSHA and infection control protocols

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of one year of outpatient nursing experience in a clinical setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch
• Willingness to undergo background checks and security clearance processes
• Valid nursing license and current BLS certification
