Direct Counsel is representing a national law firm seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney to join its well-established corporate practice in San Bernardino. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated attorney to contribute to a thriving practice while expanding their own book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle general commercial transactions, including corporate structuring, contracts, and business negotiations
• Real estate transaction experience is a plus
• Provide high-level legal counsel and strategic advice to business clients
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys while also managing independent caseloads
• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong professional relationships

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• 8+ years of experience in general commercial transactions
• A modest portable book of business is required
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented firm
