Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create impactful learning experiences in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led, and virtual training programs

Apply adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, or related field

3+ years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development

Background in healthcare or value-based care preferred

Experience with authoring tools, particularly Articulate 360

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia tools
