Job Title : Sales Engineer Job ID : 83256 Location : West Chicago, Illinois Overview : Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join their team in West Chicago. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably with a background in industrial or commercial steam boiler / HVAC sales, or mechanical / electrical / chemical sales. This role involves managing extended sales cycles, pursuing and following up on leads, and requires familiarity with governmental emissions regulations. Participation in trade shows and conferences is also a key component of this role. The position involves regular travel within Northern Illinois and surrounding areas, with up to 25% of the time spent on the road.
