Requirements :

• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Basic computer skills including experience with a point-of-sale system, data entry, communicating through email
• The ability to use a calculator and ruler
• Bilingual, Spanish-speaking skills preferred

Responsibilities :

• Serve as first point of contact for walk-in, email, and telephone customers.
• Respond to customer questions, provide product recommendations and estimates, and assist customers with their order process.
• Process customer orders and payment for sign orders.
• Contact customers when their order is ready and ensure that they are satisfied after the job has been completed.
• Send out marketing mailings and make phone calls to acquire new customers.
• Assist store owner with paperwork and invoicing.
