This position can be worked remotely anywhere in the US. / ph3Responsibilities / h3pResponsibilities : / pulliManage day-to-day financial reporting accuracy for assigned clients. / liliAssist with complex general ledgers, identifying missing transactions and trends to ensure overall accuracy. / liliGuide the review and approval of account classifications. / liliReview balance sheets for accuracy and facilitate follow-up. / liliCoordinate project tasks to ensure efficient client workflow. / liliPrepare and / or review the initial draft of monthly reporting packages, including KPIs / metrics. / liliPrepare and finalize month-end close. / liliMaintain and update the client procedure manual to ensure appropriate process documentation. / liliPrepare and / or review work papers and schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy. / liliParticipate in cross-collaboration with other teams / service lines, as applicable. / liliAssist in estimating and managing work assignments of accountants to meet client needs and budget constraints. / liliAssist in the development of best practices. / li / ulh3Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / h3pQualifications : / pulliBachelors degree in accounting or finance required. / liliCPA certification preferred. / lili2+ years public accounting or construction industry experience required. / liliMinimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on financial reporting and general ledger management. / liliStrong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes. / liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. / liliProficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. / liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills. / liliAbility to project manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. / li / ulpEstella Anderson, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process. The estimated base pay range for this role is $83,000 - $125,000 with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases.
