Key Responsibilities
Communicates with corporate personnel and external customers, responding to customer correspondence in various channels
Compiles and reviews orders related to billing program or service issues, correcting business process exceptions
Processes written customer correspondence and ensures timely follow-up on customer requests and inquiries
Required Qualifications
One or more years of experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting complex customer data
Ability to interface effectively with clients, peers, and management
Strong analytical skills to assess, research, and make sound decisions
Ability to take initiative and accountability for accuracy and results
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and operate basic office equipment
