Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to meet or exceed sales targets
Drive new business development and expand market share in existing and new markets
Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to generate leads and maximize client engagement
Required Qualifications
Proven experience growing a company or business unit to at least $25M in revenue
Demonstrated ability to sell into new markets and expand market share
Experience managing a small team of sales professionals with measurable success
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
