Sales Development Representative

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Client Engagement : Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions.
  • Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both potential and existing customers.
  • Solution Selling : Understand customer challenges and present tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
  • Sales Negotiation & Closing : Handle contract negotiations and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging, positioning, and customer feedback.
  • Market Insights : Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the SaaS space.
  • CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales or a related sales role (1-3 years).
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
