Pay : $24.00 - $28.00 an hr, depending on experience

We're looking for a skilled Lead Installer to join our growing new construction team. In this role, you'll oversee the installation of HVAC systems in newly built residential homes and properties while leading a team to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely project completion.

What You'll Do

  • Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and ventilation according to building codes and company standards
  • Interpret blueprints and construction schedules to plan installations effectively
  • Lead and train a team of installers while maintaining quality workmanship
  • Collaborate closely with builders, project managers, and other trades to meet project deadlines

    • What You Bring

  • 2+ years of new construction HVAC installation experience required
  • RMGA and EPA Certification required
  • Prior experience leading a team preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow construction schedules
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
