Key Tasks :

System Deployment and configuration for RHEL7 / 8 and SuSE Linux

System security management using RMF and associated DoD security practices

Deployment and testing of authentication and identity management software

Review and define configurations

Create automation scripts to deploy and configure assets

Support testing & demonstration

Provide support for

troubleshooting

patching

hardening

configuration management

Participate in, and provide expertise for, technical interchange meetings

Experience support computer labs or data farms

Experience facilitating network connections to government networks, ensuring proper documentation, configuration, and coordination

Experience tracking and documenting network configurations

Experience supporting multiple enclave and classification level environments

Required Skills :

Linux Administration (RHEL 7 / 8)

Certifications : CCNA / Sec +

Desired Skills :

DevSecOps team experience LAMP Web Services Software stack

VMWare Server administration

Radix / eMASS (or similar scanning tools)

GitLab Administration

ServiceNow Application / Systems Administration experience

OpenSearch Cluster experience

Required Education / Certifications :

Bachelors of Science in engineering, science, technology management or related IT field

10+ years of experience

Certifications : CCNA / Sec+

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 100,000 to 182,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
