Key Responsibilities

Manage a team to enhance the understanding and use of analytics for strategic and operational decisions

Collaborate with leadership to monitor key performance indicators and analyze trends for business optimization

Guide the creation of data visualizations and champion effective data governance within the business unit

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of 3 years of management experience, including hiring and performance management

Strong leadership and visionary abilities

Experience with descriptive statistical techniques and analytical approaches

Understanding of predictive modeling and machine learning is preferred
