Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager to support project planning, execution, and delivery in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables while tracking progress against plans

Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile practices are applied for delivery predictability

Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, providing regular status updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field

Project management certification (PMP, CAPM)

Minimum of two years of experience managing projects within the homeowner's insurance domain

Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project is preferred

Strong foundational understanding of project management principles and Agile / Scrum delivery
