Responsibilities
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mentor faculty in the development and writing of grant proposals and manuscripts
- Develop research opportunities in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine
- Develop research opportunities in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning
- Explore/analyze student matriculation data as a predictor of academic preparedness, success, residency placement and/or licensing
- Help to develop strategies for fundraising to generate funds for:
- The college's new Student Research Initiative
- Junior investigators (startup packages; pilot studies, etc.)
- Help to develop and implement strategies to increase visibility of research at Touro University California
- Participate and contribute to research group meetings
- D.O. or M.D.
- Should have six or more years of clinical and research experience
- NIH funding track record
