Job Description

The Client Relationship Representative serves as a key point of contact between Trillex Events and our clients. This role focuses on building trust, maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial interaction through ongoing engagement. You will work closely with internal teams to align client needs with company solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring a professional and responsive experience

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Understand client needs and communicate them effectively to internal teams

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate execution of services

Track client interactions and maintain organized records

Provide timely updates, follow-ups, and support throughout the client lifecycle

Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention
