A company is looking for a Creative Director - W2 Consultant to lead the visual redesign of a client's customer-facing website and enhance the digital brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary creative authority, collaborating with C-Suite leadership to execute their vision

Lead the design direction for a redesigned education website, ensuring user experience and brand alignment

Mentor a cross-functional team and oversee quality control of design assets before development

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Creative Direction, UI / UX Design, or a related field

Expert-level portfolio showcasing commercial website design and visual storytelling

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud

Strong understanding of web design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+)

Experience leading geographically distributed design teams
