Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of IT project managers, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering their professional growth
• Collaborate closely with senior executives and crossfunctional teams to define and execute IT project strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring they drive innovation and operational efficiency
• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations
• Provide subject matter expertise in project management, offering insights, best practices, and guidance to your team
• Oversee resource allocation, project prioritization, and technology investment decisions to align with business objectives
• Ensure the consistent application of project management methodologies, governance, and compliance within your department

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
• Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar.
