Assembly & Shipping Specialist

We are seeking experienced assemblers to join our growing team in Longmont, CO! This position also serves as a back up/support to the shipping department as needed.

Pay: $18-23/hr (DOE)

Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00am- 4:30pm | Fridays 7:00am -12:00 pm

OT Schedule: Monday- Thursday, 6 am- 5:30 pm, Friday 6 am- 2 pm

Requirements:

• Previous assembly experience REQUIRED
• Aerospace experience highly preferred
• IPC 620 certified preferred
• Experience with AS9100 highly desired
• Soldering experience with cable harnesses
• Ability to read and follow manuals and directions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Responsibilities:

• Assembly and solder small parts and components
• Strip, crimp, and terminate wire
• Assemble components and parts according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to assemble products
• Assist the shipping department as needed
