• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
• Create and post engaging job advertisements to attract applicants with relevant experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations during the recruitment process.• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Familiarity with corporate recruiting practices and strategies.
