POSITION SUMMARY :

We are looking for a strong customer service oriented and highly engaging Receptionist who will greet and communicate with customers and other employees. The selected individuals will resolve customer needs relating to the service, repair and parts for their vehicle and ensure that each customer has an experience that creates a lifetime customer.

Here's what you'll be doing :

• Answer phones in a professional manner, within three rings, and transfer customers promptly to appropriate destination.
• Greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly; provides timely, friendly, professional service.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns.
• Identify, recommend, and support opportunities for process improvement. Identify ways to improve operations and customer service.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Navigate the customer and company systems
• Open, maintain and close repair orders in conjunction with the estimator
• Other duties as assigned.
