As a Mainframe & COBOL Developer , you will :

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Development Consultant with expertise in MVS COBOL, JCL, SQL, and DB2. The ideal candidate is preferred to have experience with Sapiens (not required) and possess the ability to transition from COBOL to Java Development.

• Develop, maintain, and support mainframe applications using MVS COBOL, JCL, SQL, and DB2.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing mainframe applications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Assist in the migration of COBOL applications to Java.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developer

Candidate must have skills :

Experience in transitioning from COBOL to Java development is a plus.
