Job Overview

Matt Hall is a Business Development Representative at Pivotal Advisors, where he assists business owners and sales leaders in identifying growth opportunities and enhancing sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business owners and sales leaders to identify opportunities for business growth and to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build, implement, and refine systems, structures, and processes that consistently deliver results.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of ideal clients, share differentiators, and apply a defined sales process to drive team and client success.
  • Generate new customers and consistently meet high sales targets, with experience reaching the $1,000,000+ revenue threshold.

Qualifications

  • Extensive B2B sales experience, including roles in collectibles, advertising, and marketing services.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding high sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, performance metrics, and effective coaching techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to meeting clients where they are.
